Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
Sifra ("we", "us") operates sifradata.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short on purpose — like our dashboards.
Who we are
Sifra is a data-visualization studio registered at 2 Parkhurst Road, Camden, London N7 0SF, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@sifradata.com.
What we collect
The lead form. When you request a mock dashboard we collect your name, work email, company, industry and the message you write. We use it for one thing: to build and send you the dashboard you asked for, and to follow up about it. No newsletter, no drip sequences.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and interaction patterns. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
- We don't collect more than we need.
Legal basis
We process lead-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (UK GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)). Analytics data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in improving the site.
Retention
Lead details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any ongoing business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these, email hello@sifradata.com — we respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Analytics tools may set cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
